Originally from the Beauce region of Québec, Dr. Laurie Bouchard earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Université de Montréal in 2007. Committed to furthering her clinical training, she completed a Small Animal Internship at California Animal Hospital in Los Angeles in 2008.
Upon returning to Québec, Dr. Bouchard joined the Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud in Brossard, where she has been practicing small animal medicine since the summer of 2008.
Actively involved in advancing the veterinary profession, Dr. Bouchard served on the Board of Directors of the Association des médecins vétérinaires du Québec (AMVQ) from 2010 to 2011. Throughout her career, she has also been invited to share her expertise through numerous television, radio, and newspaper appearances, helping educate the public about animal health and welfare.
Known for her compassionate approach, scientific rigor, and passion for veterinary medicine, Dr. Bouchard is committed to providing exceptional patient care while guiding pet owners with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
