I chose to join this team because I immediately felt a sense of family. The warm welcome, the gentle exchanges and the sincere attention paid to the well-being of patients and customers convinced me that this was the place where I could blossom to the full. Right from the start, I felt I belonged, surrounded by caring and committed people.
According to my colleagues, my main qualities are my punctuality, thoroughness, attentive listening and gentle approach. I’m also said to be endearing – a word that particularly appeals to me, as it reflects the human bonds I try to create on a daily basis.
Animals have always been part of my life. My love of animals and nature was passed on to me by my father. I’ve lived with dogs since childhood, and they’ve always been my most loyal companions. My greatest desire is to make the lives of all animals more beautiful. Their well-being is my passion.
To make the experience of animals and their owners enjoyable with as little stress as possible. It’s also important to me that when people come to see me, they feel understood and listened to. It’s also a priority for me to always give my best for my colleagues, my customers and especially the animals in need of care.
