Dr. Richer earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Université de Montréal in 1996. Early in her career, she joined Dr. Francine Laporte and Dr. Lise Laliberté, who quickly became her mentors and later her partners.
Over the years, Dr. Richer led the clinic as its sole owner, supported by valued colleagues—some of whom are still part of the team today.
Her professional interests include medicine, general surgery, dentistry, and human psychology. Her goal has always been to do her utmost to understand and address the specific needs and concerns of her clients with empathy, while providing the best possible care for her patients.
In 2023, Dr. Richer sold the clinic to the Groupe Vet et Nous in order to focus entirely on the clinical practice she remains passionate about.
Outside of veterinary medicine and the precious time she spends with her family, Dr. Richer enjoys hot yoga, running, hiking in the mountains, and adventure travel.
