Dr. Gauvin received her doctorate from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Montreal in 2020. She subsequently completed a general internship in pet medicine and surgery at the Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud in 2021 and a surgery internship at the Canada West Veterinary Specialists, Vancouver, in 2022.
