Our team

Caroline Fortin

As if he was our own!

I chose this team because it embodies the values that matter most to me: a caring and friendly environment, excellent teamwork, and strong professionalism. The quality of care and medicine here is exceptional, and what truly touches me is the love for animals that we all share. It’s a team where I feel supported—like a second family. My colleagues often describe me as gentle, attentive, and compassionate, qualities I strive to demonstrate every day in my work.

Since a young age, my love for animals and my interest in science have guided me toward veterinary medicine. I have always wanted to be there for animals—not only to treat them, but also to support the families who love them by providing high-quality care and a listening ear.

In my work, the most important thing is close collaboration with pet owners to offer the most appropriate care for their companions. I want them to feel understood and heard, and I make it a priority to ensure the comfort and well-being of every animal that trusts me. Working together—with both a human and professional approach—is at the heart of my veterinary practice.

Dr. Fortin graduated in 2016 from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Saint-Hyacinthe and completed a general internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Centre vétérinaire Rive-Sud in 2017. This training allowed her to strengthen her knowledge and develop new skills in order to provide even more comprehensive and tailored care to her patients.
