Dr. Claire Leriquier has been part of our team since 2022. Every day, she makes a difference in our team and in your pets’ lives through her motivation and her attention to detail.
“I decided to leave teaching at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Montreal and join the team at Vet et Nous to take on new challenges. It is the willingness to push my limits, in order to have all the necessary tools to best help my patients, that led me to specialize.
Dr. Leriquier obtained her PhD at the École Vétérinaire de Nantes, France, in 2015. She subsequently completed a postgraduate internship in applied veterinary sciences (IPSAV) at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Montreal in 2016. Then, she completed a surgical internship at the Centre Vétérinaire DMV in 2017. She returned to France for a year to complete a surgical internship at the Centre Vétérinaire Frégis near Paris. She finally returned to Quebec to complete her residency in small animal surgery at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Montreal, which led her to receive a Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS) in 2021. Dr. Leriquier is a graduate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS) since 2024.
