Dr. Cécile Briffod has been part of our team since 2019. Every day, she makes a difference in our team and in your pets’ lives through her dedication to her patients and their owners, as well as her attention to detail.
“Ever since I was a little girl, I have felt that becoming a veterinarian was my calling! I specialized in ophthalmology because I find the eye fascinating, even after several years of practice! I believe that the most important thing in my job is to prioritize the human side, whether it is with my colleagues or with pet owners. This is what makes me grow every day!”
Dr. Briffod obtained her doctorate in Toulouse in 2011. She subsequently completed a general internship at the University of Montreal’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. Dr. Briffod worked in medical research for a year, before starting her ophthalmology residency at the same location, completing it in 2017. Dr. Briffod graduated from the European College of Veterinary Ophthalmologist (ECVO) in 2021.
