Vet et Nous is a multidisciplinary team composed of veterinarian both generalists and specialists operating at high rank whose mission is to take care of client’s pets as if they were our own. Our teams are split in 3 emergency and reference centres open 24/7 and several general practice hospitals in the greater Montreal, Laval, Montérégie, Laurentides, Lanaudière, Mauricie and Quebec region.
You will play a key administrative support role by providing quality and professional services to the clinic’s management team and the technical services coordinator. You will assist teams with various administrative tasks such as schedule management, time sheet tracking, and recruitment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring effective management of various files and reports in a multi-tasking environment, while ensuring that deadlines are met
- Setting up and managing the work schedule for animal health technicians in collaboration with the technical services coordinator
- Reviewing time entries in the payroll system
- Contributing to the recruiting process (postings, sorting candidates, coordinating interviews with team leaders, etc.)
- Collecting and compiling various data to produce reports for the management team
- Contributing to the preparation of special events (booking venues, ordering materials, preparing buffets, etc.) ;
- Executing any other relevant task.
Requirements:
- DEP or DEC in secretarial studies or any other equivalent training;
- Two (2) to four (4) years of experience as an administrative assistant;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Bilingual French-English, both orally and in writing;
- Excellent administrative writing skills;
- Concerned about providing professional and respectful customer service;
- Independent and versatile;
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills;
- Manage priorities effectively;
- Knowing how to exercise discretion.
